Since 1989, RECON has successfully completed over 6,000 environmental remediation, geotechnical, and mine reclamation projects across North America. As a Keller Company, our team of dedicated employees, financial strength, and large fleet of equipment empower us to deliver world-class solutions for complex environmental problems.
The Demolition Project Manager serves as the strategic leader for turnkey industrial demolition, dismantlement, cleanup, and asset recovery projects. This role exists to bridge the gap between high-level company goals and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring that decommissioning and demolition projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with an uncompromising focus on safety.
In this position, you will direct all aspects of project execution, from initial development and proposal preparation through to final closure. You will manage the full lifecycle of industrial demolition sites, overseeing crews, equipment, and subcontractors while navigating complex regulatory and safety landscapes. The role requires a proactive leader who can interpret client requirements, manage financial risks, and foster strong relationships with clients to secure future opportunities.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role based anywhere in the continental United States. As a "traveler" position, you must be willing to travel nationally to project sites as needed. The role involves a rotation schedule with a monthly return home. You will work in active construction environments with exposure to dust, noise, and inclement weather, requiring the ability to thrive with little or no direct supervision.
RECON fosters a supportive, team-oriented work environment with a casual dress code and a strong emphasis on career development. We are committed to maintaining a corporate behavioral-based safety program and expect all team members to prioritize safety, quality, and productivity above all else.
RECON is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We encourage qualified women, minorities, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and others to apply. We consider all applicants regardless of background and are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
