Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage contract strategy and identify potential change orders and scope changes
- check_circleMaintain accurate cost accounting, schedule impacts, and authorized change order logs
- check_circleLead projects end-to-end from contract strategy to field execution
- check_circleCollaborate with project owners, inspectors, and field teams to ensure project completion
- check_circleCoordinate varying work schedules including day/night shifts and crew mobilizations
- check_circleOversee subcontractor and vendor relationships to mitigate risk and cost overruns
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
- verified3-5 years of construction-related experience (PM I)
- verified5+ years of construction-related experience (PM II)
- verifiedStrong Microsoft Excel skills
- verifiedAbility to read and understand project plans and specifications
