You will provide direct leadership to field crews and heavy equipment operations, fostering a culture of safety excellence and quality. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating relationships that drive engagement and future business opportunities while mentoring project teams to meet productivity and safety expectations.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to travel daily to active construction sites to oversee operations, conduct inspections, and mitigate risks. The position requires the ability to work independently in dynamic environments with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
