About the Role

The Quality Manager serves as the strategic leader for the Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Quality Technician groups. This role is critical in ensuring that customer requirements are effectively planned and implemented throughout the purchasing, inspection, and product launch phases. You will act as the primary customer point of contact for quality matters, fostering a critical interface between the company and its clients.

In this position, you will partner closely with Programs, Operations, and Engineering to identify problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions that enhance both product quality and production efficiency. A key focus will be identifying trends that adversely affect product quality and driving timely, sustainable improvements through the effective application of problem-solving methodologies. Additionally, you will serve as the AS9100 Representative for the Department, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
