Manufacturing Quality Engineers are a key component of our mission to produce defect-free products while ensuring our processes remain as efficient as possible. This role sits within the Operations Department, working directly on the production floor to drive quality into our products and support daily operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong quality background who is passionate about driving quality initiatives. You will report to the Associate Manager, Quality Engineering and serve as a vital link between operations and quality assurance. Your day-to-day involves effectively communicating issue descriptions, improvement progress, and status updates to management. You will collaborate across multiple disciplines to identify root causes for systemic failures and implement corrective actions.
You will lead or support in-depth investigations into quality issues, including non-conformances, process problems, and audit observations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are taken. A significant part of your role involves participating in Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN initiatives, utilizing Six Sigma tools such as 8-D, Fish-bone diagrams, and 5 Why's to optimize processes. You will also maintain a strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, supporting the development and monitoring of our Quality Management System (QMS), and manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process.

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline. ASQ certification (CQT, CQI, CQE, CMQ/OE) or demonstrated application of these principles. Experience working with IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620. Experience working with the QMS functions within SAP. Experience using Coordinated Measuring Machines (CMM).
