These manufacturing locations employ approximately 900 individuals dedicated to applying innovative processes to produce high-quality rigid containers and cling film for the food service industry. We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality efforts across our Anchor Packaging manufacturing operations in Northeast Arkansas. This position is critical for developing, implementing, and coordinating product assurance programs designed to prevent or eliminate defects in both new and existing products.
Based out of our Paragould, AR facility, you will provide direct supervision of Quality Assurance Supervisors and Quality Engineers across three manufacturing locations in the region: Paragould, Jonesboro, and Marmaduke. You will drive quality improvement efforts by maintaining and improving the Quality Program to ensure conformance to BRC Revision 7 Standards, overseeing technical file reviews, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance quality metrics and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of Food Defense, HACCP, FDA regulation, and BRC. Experience in the thermoforming and sheet extrusion industry. Experience working in SAP or similar platforms.
