The Quality Supervisor-Bilingual serves as a critical leader within our Highbridge pet food manufacturing facility, ensuring that every product leaving our doors meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed to bridge the gap between operational execution and food safety protocols, fostering a culture where continuous improvement is the norm.
As a bilingual leader, you will oversee daily QA/QC activities, from receiving raw materials to final product testing and sanitation verification. You will manage a team of specialists, guiding them through complex quality documentation, deviations, and corrective actions. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver safe, high-quality pet food by leading internal audits, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and resolving quality issues in real-time.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, alongside a deep understanding of food safety standards. The interview process will focus on your leadership experience, technical knowledge of HACCP and GFSI standards, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
