This opportunity is designed for individuals eager to learn and understand diverse production processes while proposing tangible solutions and improvements. You will partner with the Technical Department to identify knowledge gaps and address concerns, ensuring operational integrity and compliance with Smurfit Westrock Group procedures and regulatory standards.
Your day-to-day impact involves diagnosing issues in production operations through deep analysis and leveraging OPEX programs to find solutions. You will plan and execute relevant projects aimed at improving process problems, such as waste reduction, technical or operational reliability, and production speed. This role requires you to monitor action plans, analyze productivity indicators, and prepare executive presentations for management to share process updates and improvements.
