About the Role
Based in Schuyler, NE, this role serves as a critical liaison between plant operations and regulatory bodies like the USDA and CFIA. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory activities and ensuring plant compliance with all standards. The position acts as the primary customer interface for the plant, reviewing product performance and addressing questions or complaints to ensure customer expectations are met.
In this capacity, you will plan, coordinate, and direct quality, sanitation, regulatory, and food safety programs to guarantee compliance with company, governmental, and customer requirements. The role also involves managing employee selection, training, development, and performance to drive staff efficiencies. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Technical Services Directors and managers across the business unit to review results and align on technical strategies.
