Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnter Drive Medical SAP data into Microsoft AX
- check_circleCloseout unit credits and replacement orders
- check_circlePrepare customer invoices for non-warranty repair items
- check_circleContact customers regarding non-warranty estimates and handle call-backs
- check_circleServe as liaison between repair and customer service for status reports and backlog updates
- check_circlePrepare reports for repair, warranty, and labor data
- check_circleAssist Manufacturing Engineering in creating repair documentation and procedures
- check_circleMaintain current knowledge of Drive DeVilbiss Product Change Notices
- check_circleResolve incoming exception problems and RMA process violations
- check_circleCoordinate with procurement to maintain RAW stocking levels for repair services
- check_circleEnsure compliance with safety norms, SOPs, OSHA, and FDA requirements
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Graduate with business background or GED or equivalent
- verified1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- verifiedExperience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP or equivalent ERP system preferred
- verifiedProficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Software Packages
- verifiedAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Nice to Have
1+ years of customer service experience. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP or equivalent ERP system.
