We are seeking an Electrician to join our team at the Zwolle EWP manufacturing facility in Zwolle, Louisiana. In this role, you will manage the electrical systems within the manufacturing facility, installing, repairing, and troubleshooting all electrical operations. You will partner with maintenance personnel and supervisors to perform mill maintenance duties safely and efficiently, while also assisting with basic mechanical maintenance functions as needed.
This position is designed for a dedicated, self-motivated team member who can work independently or as part of a group. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative, prioritize multiple projects effectively, and maintain open, honest communication with colleagues. The role requires adaptability, including the willingness to cross-train in other technical areas and work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as operating conditions require.
