About the Role
This role serves as a critical liaison between plant operations and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with FSIS and CFIA standards. You will act as the primary customer interface, reviewing product performance and addressing questions or complaints to ensure customer expectations are met. The position involves planning, coordinating, and directing all quality, sanitation, regulatory, and food safety programs within the establishment. Additionally, you will manage employee selection, training, development, and performance while collaborating with Corporate Technical Services Directors and managers across the business unit.
