About the Role

As an Unarmed Retail Security Officer in Santa Clara, you will serve as a highly visible deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. This role is designed to protect our clients by combining traditional security presence with modern operational efficiencies.

You will act as the first line of defense, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and secure work environment. Your day will involve patrolling the site, monitoring surveillance systems, and conducting standardized reports on daily activities and incidents. You will be responsible for notifying supervisors of irregularities, safety hazards, or security breaches, and for removing wrongdoers or trespassers when necessary. This position requires you to embody our company values and project a professional appearance at all times.
