About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Unarmed Retail Security Officer to join our team in the Antelope Valley, covering locations in Lancaster and Palmdale, CA. This role serves as a highly visible deterrent to crime while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. You will be the first line of defense, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, secure environment for our clients and their patrons.
In this position, you will act as the eyes and ears on the ground. Your day will involve conducting patrols (foot and vehicle), monitoring surveillance systems, and identifying potential threats before they escalate. You will be responsible for notifying supervisors of irregularities, removing trespassers, and submitting accurate, professional reports on daily activities and incidents.
