About the Role
As a GSOC Dispatch Specialist, you will serve as the high-visibility nerve center of our Security Operations Center (SOC). This role is directly accountable for the effective and efficient flow of information from the SOC and Control Rooms to Corporate Security Management. You will leverage intelligence from various systems and technology databases to provide broad visibility of enterprise activity, delivering a prioritized list of actionable security incidents to the Security Operations Team.
In this 24/7 operation, you will monitor alarms and CCTV, manage multi-channel radio communications, and coordinate responses to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, and law enforcement. Your day-to-day involves synthesizing facts to identify critical issues quickly, routing call information to appropriate units, and ensuring timely responses to all incidents. You will work a set evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) in Richmond, VA, providing a stable schedule while contributing to the safety and security of our clients.
