About the Role
OCH Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level Technical Support Analyst to support the National Airspace System (NAS) Aeronautical Information Management Enterprise System (NAIMES) program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role serves as the critical technical point of contact for troubleshooting and triggering user incident reports across various desktop, software, and infrastructure configurations.
You will be stationed on-site at the FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC) in Warrenton, VA. In this position, you will provide 24/7 technical assistance related to computer systems, hardware, and software essential for aeronautical information management. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing reported issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions while coordinating with Level 2/3 support for escalations. You will also play a key role in supporting Special Activity Airspace (SAA) programs, facilitating facility changes, and ensuring data integrity through diagnostic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleProvide front-end software training on Special Use Airspace and NOTAM origination and retrieval
- check_circleValidate data integrity using diagnostic analytics and report discrepancies to customers
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation repository for technical work instructions
- check_circleCoordinate and distribute maintenance notifications to stakeholders at least 72 hours in advance
- check_circleManage NAIMES stakeholder issues using SOPs, metric reporting, and ticket lifecycles
- check_circlePerform airspace altitude maintenance and designate Published Times of Use for SAA programs
- check_circleSupport software and hardware upgrades, deployments, and conduct application validations
- check_circleVerify system operations hourly and document outcomes in the Shift Change Log
- check_circleProvide 24/7 account maintenance including new user creation, password resets, and account unlocks
Requirements
