The Principal, Digital Product Management leads the overall strategy, goals, and objectives for MedImpact Digital Products and Services. As the leader of digital assets, you will drive initiatives with the product management team through the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, while building an environment conducive to forming a high-performing team.
Your focus will be to create a more maneuverable and "next best action" type of experience where consumers and members can find the information and tools they need within only a few clicks. You will present relevant recommendations personalized to them and their family members, aiming to improve affordability and health outcomes at scale. This role involves working with a range of internal and external partners, gathering their perspectives throughout the product roadmap creation and evolution.
This is an internal and external client-facing position that requires excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. You will manage difficult or emotional client situations, respond promptly to client needs, and solicit feedback to improve service. The role demands a strong ability to interface with IT, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance/Analytics, and Project Management to ensure products meet corporate operational excellence criteria and yield revenue.

Product Management Certification (e.g. AIPMM, PDMA, Pragmatic Institute). Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master certification. Prior pharmacy benefits management, disease management, healthcare or managed care environment experience. Experience in more than one of the following disciplines: Technology Management, Product Marketing, Product Price Management, Finance, Operations. General knowledge of operations, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering and quality systems.
