This Organizational Change Management Consultant role supports large-scale public safety and mission-critical system implementations across the United States. You will focus on ensuring smooth organizational transitions for emergency communications centers, public safety agencies, emergency management organizations, and government agencies as they adopt new technologies, operational models, governance structures, and business processes.
The position uniquely combines formal organizational change management education and certification with deep public safety operational knowledge. You will partner with clients to support projects involving emergency communications operations, NG911 modernization, staffing and workflow assessments, governance changes, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and mission-critical operations transformation. Success in this role requires a client-focused professional committed to embracing and living our core values: Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Prudence.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to travel 25-50% to client sites. The position is based in the Baltimore, Maryland region (preferred) with a hybrid work model.
