About the Role
As an Unarmed Retail Security Officer in Santa Clara, you will serve as a highly visible deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. This role is designed to protect our clients by combining traditional security presence with modern operational efficiencies. You will act as the first line of defense, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and secure environment for shoppers and staff.
Your day will involve patrolling the site (on foot or vehicle), monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to irregularities or safety hazards. You will be responsible for documenting incidents through standardized, accurate reports and removing trespassers when necessary.
