Shift Availability
This role requires 2nd shift availability, Monday through Friday. Hours from Monday to Thursday are 3:45 PM to 3:15 AM, with Friday hours running from 3:45 PM to 8:45 PM. Flexibility to work early or late within the assigned shift is required to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate between production and DOT inspectors to ensure witnessing of operations and QC hold points
- check_circleMonitor welder qualification tests and record welding parameters for WPS compliance
- check_circleCoordinate inspection of QC hold points with the shipping department to ensure loads are ready
- check_circleInterpret welding codes and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards
- check_circleConduct rotational capacity tests on bolts prior to shop use
- check_circleResolve quality issues on the floor with outside inspectors and maintain work logs
- check_circlePerform visual inspections of materials and dimensional checks on shop assemblies
- check_circleDevelop improvements in quality control processes to facilitate shop workflow
