We are recruiting full-time Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) to join our team in Arizona. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our clients' assets through rigorous inspection and testing protocols. As a CWI, you will apply your expertise in non-destructive testing (MT/UT/RT) to ensure quality and safety standards are met in bridge fabrication and other structural projects.
This position requires a dynamic work environment where you must be willing to travel extensively and work multiple shifts. You will need to be comfortable working outside, including in inclement weather, and navigating various terrains such as confined spaces, uneven ground, and elevated structures. The role demands a high level of physical capability, including the ability to climb, bend, crawl, and lift 25+ lbs, alongside sharp visual acuity for close, color, distance, and depth perception.
