As a Quality Engineer II, you will be the driving force behind our quality initiatives, responsible for effective communication both internally and externally. This role exists to ensure the integrity of our manufacturing processes and customer deliverables across multiple accounts, including OEMs and sub-tier suppliers.
In this position, you will work independently to manage configuration control documentation, review blueprints and specifications, and collaborate with Engineering on waivers, concessions, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs). You will serve as the internal quality representative for both internal and external customers, participating in the investigation and disposition of customer complaints and returns. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert on customer-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with audits and driving continual improvement projects.
Candidates selected to join our team will undergo a review process to ensure alignment with our high-paced, team-oriented environment. Successful applicants will be expected to complete necessary training and certifications for customer source inspections and internal auditing.
