As a Quality Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), you will play a critical role in ensuring our aerospace and defense products meet exacting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. You will be a key driver of product integrity, supporting manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes from new product introduction through production. This role offers direct influence on product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the operation.
This is more than a compliance-focused quality role—it is a chance to work on aerospace and defense components that require precision and excellence. You will be directly involved in customer-facing quality decisions, gaining exposure to advanced quality systems while influencing manufacturing outcomes and product performance. Success in this position means building expertise in highly regulated aerospace environments and serving as a trusted quality representative during customer audits and technical reviews.

You will be an integral part of the Quality organization, working closely with the Senior Customer Program Manager, Quality Manager, and Director of Quality. You will also collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to drive solutions and support special projects that improve product quality and operational performance.
This position is based at our Bloomington facility and requires onsite presence. It is a full-time, non-management role.
