As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our aerospace and defense products meet exacting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. You will be a key driver of product integrity, supporting manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes from new product introduction through production.
This position is based at our Bloomington facility and requires onsite presence. You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to solve problems, prevent defects, and strengthen our quality systems. This is more than a compliance-focused role; it is a chance to work on aerospace and defense components that require precision and excellence, directly influencing manufacturing outcomes and product performance.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent and consistent basis without company sponsorship.
