About the Role

As a Quality Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), you will drive aerospace quality from the first article to flight. You play a critical role in ensuring our aerospace and defense products meet exacting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. This position is more than a compliance-focused role; it is a chance to be a key driver of product integrity, supporting manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes from new product introduction through production.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to solve problems, prevent defects, and strengthen our quality systems. Success in this role means having direct influence on product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the operation. You will serve as the voice of quality with customers, acting as a trusted representative during audits and technical reviews, and serving as the customer release authority upon certification completion.

This position is based at our Bloomington facility and requires onsite presence. It offers a visible leadership role with real influence across the site, allowing you to work on aerospace and defense components that require precision and excellence while gaining exposure to advanced quality systems like PPAP, FMEA, and RCCA.
