About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will serve as the steward of our overall quality management processes. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Supplier Quality, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Sourcing. You will monitor product quality and the execution of quality plans, ensuring that every stage of our manufacturing lifecycle meets rigorous standards.
Your day-to-day involves identifying root causes for non-conforming products and developing robust solutions to prevent recurrence. You will lead inspection and testing standards to drive continual improvement, while managing customer satisfaction and scrap reduction projects. A key part of your mission is supporting change implementation activities to ensure that no negative impact occurs on the customer experience or company metrics.
The position requires a blend of office-based analysis and hands-on presence on the manufacturing production floor. You will frequently navigate the shop floor, working alongside operations teams to lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for quality excursions. While the environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, it offers a dynamic setting where your attention to detail directly influences product integrity.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 years in a manufacturing quality environment
- verifiedBachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office
- verifiedExperience with QMS data systems and ERP/MRP systems
Nice to Have
PTFE experience. Six Sigma certification. Auditor certification.
