About the Role

The Senior Quality Engineer serves as a pivotal leader within our quality assurance team, dedicated to ensuring our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. This role goes beyond standard oversight; it involves actively supporting production workflows, engaging directly with suppliers, and leading our commitment to ISO 9001 compliance. A core part of the position is mentoring quality employees and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

In this capacity, you will analyze complex data to identify process gaps, spearheading root cause corrective actions to minimize variability. You will act as a strategic liaison with suppliers, ensuring prompt responses to quality issues and overseeing the completion of supplier PPAPs. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership, as you will supervise the quality department, conduct performance evaluations, and lead specific QA projects to meet critical business goals.
