About the Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will be the guardian of our manufacturing integrity, developing and implementing the quality standards that define our products. This role exists to bridge the gap between design intent and manufacturing reality, ensuring that every component and assembly meets rigorous performance criteria. You will drive a culture of quality by leading root cause analyses, managing corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate defects and enhance process efficiency. Your work will directly support our global commitment to reducing waste and improving throughput through lean initiatives.
