As a Quality Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), you will drive aerospace quality from the first article to flight. You play a critical role in ensuring our aerospace and defense products meet exacting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. This position is a key driver of product integrity, supporting manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes from new product introduction through production.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to solve problems, prevent defects, and strengthen our quality systems. This is more than a compliance-focused role; it is a chance to work on precision components, be directly involved in customer-facing quality decisions, and gain exposure to advanced quality systems like PPAP, FMEA, and RCCA. You will build expertise in highly regulated aerospace environments while influencing manufacturing outcomes and product performance.
This position is based at our Bloomington facility and requires onsite presence. It offers a visible leadership role with real influence across the site, allowing you to shape operational performance and lead high-impact initiatives in aerospace manufacturing.
