Quality Engineer

About the Role

The Quality & Industrial Engineer serves as a pivotal link across the entire manufacturing and distribution lifecycle, from procurement and production to service, shipping, and sales. This role is designed to ensure operational excellence by embedding robust quality standards into every stage of the product journey.

In this position, you will champion continuous improvement by developing and maintaining ISO/TL 90000 compliant processes. Your day-to-day impact involves leading Kaizen activities, conducting internal and supplier audits, and driving data-driven initiatives that enhance product reliability and efficiency. You will act as a key advocate for quality, collaborating within cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues and support the development of new products.
