The Opportunity
We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to provide first-level supervision for the maintenance department. In this role, you will support the Molding and Engineering teams by ensuring operations are conducted safely and cost-effectively. You will orchestrate production activities, oversee maintenance systems, and develop preventative maintenance schedules to maximize machine utilization. This position is critical for driving excellence through coaching, training, and proactive problem-solving while maintaining strict adherence to safety rules and quality management systems.
