About the Role

As an Assembler in the Molding department, you will be a vital part of the production team, bringing engineering concepts to life with precision and efficiency. You will work at the bench or on the shop floor to assemble vehicle accessories, executing builds in a timely manner according to the production schedule.

Your day will involve reading work orders, following drawings, and interpreting verbal instructions to assemble products. You will utilize hand tools, including torque-controlled electric drills and wrenches, to construct products according to blueprints. The role requires flexibility, as you will work at different workstations and cross-train to support other departments as needed. You will also be responsible for collecting parts, grouping and packaging finished products for the shipping department, labeling items, and completing necessary paperwork.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing environment where you will interact with machinery, chemicals, dust, and noise. Protective clothing and equipment may be required to ensure safety. The role involves physical activity, including standing for long periods, bending, stretching, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
