Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport or lead plant operations to achieve safety, quality, and production efficiency goals
- check_circleDesign and implement manufacturing processes, reliability programs, and equipment strategies
- check_circleApply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring operational issues
- check_circleEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety policies, and environmental standards
- check_circleExecute capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management activities
- check_circleEmbed continuous improvement cultures including 5S, standard work, and visual management
- check_circlePartner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent technical experience
- verified2-15+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement, or process engineering
- verifiedPractical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience in roofing, coatings, plastics, calendering, mixing, extrusion, foam manufacturing, paper/pulp, membranes, adhesives, sealants, or other building-materials or heavy manufacturing environments.
