About the Role
This Quality Engineer position is based in Florence, SC, serving as a critical bridge between operational reality and formal quality standards. The role exists to ensure the plant's documentation ecosystem accurately reflects shopfloor practices while maintaining rigorous compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
In this capacity, you will lead the assessment, remediation, and standardization of Tier 3, 4, and 5 documentation. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, Plant Quality, and Manufacturing leaders to identify gaps between written procedures and actual execution. You will act as a subject matter expert, evaluating documents through the lens of an ISO auditor to ensure traceability, versioning, and approval workflows are robust. The ultimate goal is to drive the organization toward full audit readiness and seamless ISO 9001 certification.

Requirements
