Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards for manufacturing operations
- check_circleLead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues
- check_circleConduct inspections, audits, and testing of materials and finished goods to ensure compliance
- check_circleAnalyze production data using statistical process control (SPC) to reduce variation and improve reliability
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements into new products and processes
- check_circleSupport supplier qualification through audits, evaluations, and ongoing performance monitoring
- check_circleLead failure analysis investigations on customer complaints and provide data-driven recommendations
- check_circleTrain production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement tools
- check_circleSupport continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes
- check_circleDevelop and maintain quality documentation including control plans, SOPs, and test plans
- check_circleEnsure compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001 and support internal and external audits
Requirements
- verifiedExperience with quality audits and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
- verifiedCertified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar ASQ certification preferred
- verifiedLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
- verifiedISO 9001 internal auditor training or certification a plus
Nice to Have
