Are you a Manufacturing, Process, or Quality Engineer seeking to transition into a pivotal quality leadership role? This position offers a unique chance to take the lead on all quality initiatives within a global automotive manufacturer known for its reputation of producing high-quality parts.

As the go-to person for quality within the business, you will drive quality programs, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to prevent recurring issues. The Role

In this capacity, you will serve as the central figure for quality assurance, bridging the gap between production and customer expectations. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Programming and utilizing CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment.
• Directly engaging with customers to understand and resolve quality concerns.
• Leading quality initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and defect prevention.

You will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM in Emporia, VA.
