This position supports growing aerospace production programs and increasing inspection complexity. As manufacturing capacity expands and part geometries become more advanced, the need for strong CMM programming, metrology strategy, and aerospace quality compliance becomes critical.
At Quality Products, this role plays a key role in ensuring aerospace components meet strict quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements, while also improving inspection efficiency and manufacturing processes.
In this role, you will partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to evolve how complex aerospace components are validated. You will develop, program, and validate CMM inspection programs, optimizing measurement strategies to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency. Your day-to-day involves interpreting and applying GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to inspection methods, supporting inspection planning, and providing technical guidance to Quality Technicians and Inspectors on measurement and GD&T interpretation.
You will lead and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102, ensuring all documentation meets customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. Additionally, you will participate in root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support control plan development and process validation activities to enhance part manufacturability and inspectability.
Quality and manufacturing professionals choose Quality Products because of our clean, organized aerospace manufacturing environment and strong commitment to precision and quality standards. You will join collaborative engineering and manufacturing teams working on stable aerospace programs with a steady workload. The culture fosters opportunities to grow into senior engineering, quality leadership, or technical specialist roles.
