About the Role
As a Quality Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link in maintaining the integrity of QAI's quality system, accreditation, and safety regulatory compliance. This role exists to ensure that our expanding operations meet rigorous international standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this position, you will represent QAI during external audits conducted by various accreditation bodies and partner companies. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with employees to close Corrective Action Requests (CARs), preparing necessary documentation for accreditors, and tracking the status of audits, complaints, and internal findings to ensure all deadlines are met. You will also assist in accreditation scope expansion initiatives and help lead the adoption of the QAI Quality Management System (QMS) across new locations.
Beyond compliance, you will identify areas for improvement within the local Quality System, recommending and implementing measures to enhance efficiency. This includes writing and training staff on new policies and procedures, developing training plans, and overseeing the calibration program for laboratory sites. You will work closely with the management team to identify risks and opportunities, helping to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Additionally, you will play a key role in health and safety initiatives, ensuring policies are followed and safety inspections are completed.

Requirements
