As a Calibration Technician, you will be a vital part of our growing team in Frederick, MD. This role involves testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting a variety of test and measurement instruments to ensure they meet accuracy, reliability, and conformance standards. You will work directly with clients throughout the entire calibration process, from the first onsite touchpoint to project completion, providing clear updates and excellent service.
This position is designed for someone who values professional development and thrives in an environment that relies on their expertise. You will maintain and periodically calibrate critical equipment, ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards. The role requires adaptability, as you will work on-site at various customer locations in Frederick and surrounding areas, occasionally visiting our office. You will be expected to travel frequently (up to 80% of the year), including overnight and out-of-state trips, to serve our diverse client base.

Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment. Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems. Associate's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields. Technical Degree or Certificate. Military PMEL Training. Metrology experience. Experience with IndySoft.
