About the Role
Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on complex industrial, commercial, aviation, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Quality Assurance & Testing department, you will serve as the guardian of project integrity, ensuring that every deliverable meets rigorous contract, code, and safety requirements.
This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and delivering safe, high-quality, value-driven construction outcomes. You will act as a bridge between design, field operations, and client teams, fostering a culture where quality and safety are inseparable. Your day-to-day involves developing project-specific QC plans, overseeing critical inspections and testing, and managing non-conformance issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Beyond technical oversight, you will empower field teams and subcontractors through targeted training and coaching, ensuring that quality standards are understood and executed at every level of the project lifecycle.
