You will join a highly engaged team at our Rome, GA plant that supports an environment of learning and growth. This team is dedicated to ensuring the quality and food safety of our core products, acting as the go-to resource for operations.
About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will engage your passion for food safety to provide front-line support to manufacturing. This position is responsible for supporting operations to ensure alignment with all policies and practices in the Kellanova Food Safety Plan.
You will work a night shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) on a rotating schedule of 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, with every other weekend off. Flexibility with overtime is required. In this role, you will validate Certificates of Analysis for incoming raw materials, respond to food safety events, verify Critical Control Points, and execute environmental monitoring programs. You will also conduct plant audits, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on new equipment and product projects.
