The Quality Assurance Specialist I is a key contributor to upholding product quality, patient safety, and customer trust. Based in Springfield, MO, this role serves as a vital on-the-floor presence within our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all activities align with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and Curia's commitment to "doing work the right way."
Operating primarily in cGMP production environments, you will partner closely with manufacturing teams to reinforce adherence to the quality system. Your day-to-day involves proactively identifying compliance risks before and during manufacturing activities. When issues arise, you will act with urgency and ownership to support immediate corrective actions, ensuring they are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with cGMP and internal procedures.
