About the Role
We are a fast-paced CPG company seeking a Marketing Purchasing Associate to serve as the operational backbone connecting our Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales teams with the Finance department. This is not a passive role; it is designed for a proactive, persistent individual who thrives in an environment where daily follow-up and self-sufficiency are essential. You will manage a high volume of service purchase orders, track invoices end-to-end, and establish internal workflows to ensure seamless operations across PR, brand, and marketing functions.
About the Team
You will be embedded within a dynamic team where your ability to troubleshoot PO, invoice, and payment issues will directly impact the speed and accuracy of our commercial operations. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills to manage competing deadlines and exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively between internal stakeholders, the Finance and Accounts Payable teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate, submit, and track service purchase requisitions in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- check_circleManage a high volume of invoices weekly ensuring timely processing and accurate coding
- check_circleMonitor open POs and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
- check_circleSupport vendor onboarding including setup forms and compliance with internal policies
- check_circleBuild and maintain internal tracking systems using Excel to manage workstreams
- check_circleProcess goods receipts for services rendered before the month-end cutoff
- check_circleTroubleshoot PO, invoice, and payment issues including misrouted invoices and mismatched data
- check_circleLiaise between internal stakeholders, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payment issues
Requirements
- verified1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or finance support
