About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven accounting professional to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting inventory accounting, pricing operations, financial reporting, and business analysis across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies, drive accuracy in financial master data, and provide meaningful insights through budget vs. actual discussions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport monthly and year-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
- check_circlePartner with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing, costing, and inventory discrepancies
- check_circleMaintain pricing structures and costing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- check_circleAssist with inventory reconciliations, physical inventories, and variance investigations
- check_circleAnalyze inventory activity including transfers, adjustments, reserves, and disposals
- check_circleSupport budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives through reporting
- check_circleParticipate in budget vs. actual discussions and provide financial insights to leaders
- check_circleSupport internal and external audit requests and SOX compliance activities
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verified1–3 years of accounting or finance experience
- verifiedStrong understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP
- verifiedExperience working within ERP systems
- verifiedAdvanced Excel and analytical skills
Nice to Have
Public accounting experience. CPA certification or progress toward CPA. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
