Deep Centered Psychiatry is making a small, intentional addition to our psychiatry team. We are seeking a psychiatrist in Dallas who values thoughtful, patient-centered care within a highly collaborative outpatient practice.
This role is designed for psychiatrists who want to practice beyond high-volume medication management and build meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients while working alongside a strong interdisciplinary team.
We integrate psychiatry, psychotherapy, and interventional treatments within one coordinated clinical model. Psychiatrists collaborate closely with an in-house network of more than 220 therapists within our organization, allowing for seamless referrals, warm handoffs, and integrated patient care.
This opportunity is particularly well suited for psychiatrists interested in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), psychotherapy integration, and the ability to prioritize quality of care over volume.
The position offers a distinct day-in-the-life focused on depth rather than speed. You will conduct comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric evaluations with flexible follow-up lengths (30, 45, or 60 minutes), ensuring time to truly understand each patient's story. There is no requirement for nights, weekends, or call responsibilities, allowing for a sustainable work-life balance.
Beyond clinical care, you have the option to incorporate psychotherapy into your practice, supervise Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and engage in clinical research through our Clinical Research Outcomes Center (CROC).
We provide strong operational and administrative support to ensure you can focus entirely on patient care. Our culture is built on collaboration, ethical practice, and a shared passion for professional growth and continuous learning.
