About the Role
We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will work in either a Patient Service Center or a Client office, serving as the face of the company. You will provide exceptional customer service while performing skilled specimen collections, including blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people and has a drive for service. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive superior care while you process billing information, collect payments, and maintain accurate logs. The role offers opportunities for continuous growth within the organization, and you may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Work Schedule
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is required.
