About the Role
We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service while performing skilled specimen collections in either a Patient Service Center or a Client office. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a drive for service.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the collection process. Beyond specimen collection, you will manage patient data entry, process billing information, and handle administrative duties. The role offers opportunities for continuous growth within the organization, and eligible employees may participate in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
