This role serves as a vital bridge between the organization and its provider network, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing compliance. You will be responsible for guiding providers through the complexities of claims, billing procedures, contract compliance, and medical management issues. The position focuses on promoting adherence to local, state, regional, and federal regulations, with a specific emphasis on the behavioral health network.
In this capacity, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing standard orientation packages and implementing processes to monitor training effectiveness. Your work will directly support the integrity of the provider network through customer service, credentialing assistance, and advocacy. By participating in cross-functional teams, you will help solve system issues and drive the adoption of technology and skills that enhance provider business practices.
