This role involves the analysis and translation of medical and clinical diagnoses, procedures, injuries, or illnesses into designated numerical codes.

In this position, you will set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to your team members. You will oversee work activities, manage day-to-day staff operations, and set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals are met. The role requires adapting departmental plans to address business and operational challenges, leveraging data to identify and solve problems, and examining business operations to ensure data integrity, security, and process optimization. You will provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members and must complete the Coding Academy.

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that challenges you and provides clear direction on what it takes to succeed, as well as development opportunities for other roles you may be interested in.

Hiring Process
