About the Role
The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational and financial leader for the Wesley Health Centers Clinic. This role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care while providing effective leadership to the workforce. Working closely with the lead site Physician and the Director of Clinic Operations, the Clinic Administrator directs clinical and front office staff, fostering a team approach that prioritizes patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will be the face of the clinic, ensuring a professional environment both indoors and outdoors. Your day involves coordinating provider schedules, managing patient flow, and overseeing the facility's space plan to accommodate growth. You will also drive community visibility by participating in service organizations and committees, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, compliance, and HIPAA regulations. This role is ideal for a leader committed to creating a supportive, safe, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
